This is a clean facility with good showers. The pool is very clean, though the water is a bit hot for training and they have kids sometimes. Bring your own lock. The staff is kind and friendly.
I swim here while visiting Juiz de Fora for 50 to 60 minutes of free swim, provided they have lanes available. There are local, regular users that pay a year-round fee for use. There is also a monthly fee for longer stays, at a price of around €80/month for five days per week use with fixed schedule (chosen by the user). When I contract the monthly plan, I normally train at 6 AM or 7 PM.
