I can confirm the $25 entrance fee for non-members. They offer a free 3-day pass, however, and they didn't ask me to prove I was a local, so I did that.
At 2 PM on a weekday, it wasn't crowded and I had to share a lane for only the first 15 minutes. The pool water was a bit cloudy but didn't really taste dirty. There are no official backstroke flags, but there are stripes on the ceiling that appear intentional and serve the same purpose. The pool area is nice. It's adjacent to a sauna and steam room, and there's a hot tub just outside.
The facility has private showers, and though a few of them are in some disrepair, there's good temperature control and water pressure. There's a swimsuit dryer, but when I tried it, it didn't work.
