24-Hour Fitness - Downtown Portland Gym (Sport)

The pool was quite brisk the three times I used it - maybe 78ºF (26ºC) - making for very enjoyable swims. But be forewarned: this is a bare-bones facility. Towels are available only for purchase. The showers and locker rooms have nothing but soap; there's not even a box of tissues or a hair dryer. A limited number of combination locks are available if you do not bring your own padlock.

The water seemed on the warm side - I'd guess about 84ºF - but not so warm that it interfered with a vigorous workout.
