December 2025: Colorado Under Review and 188 Net New Listings in 2025
In December 2025 we kept reviewing Colorado and looked ahead to Nebraska, Kansas and Oklahoma. We also feature a YMCA that shares a building with condominiums and a new sports center in Christchurch, and we report the 2025 totals.
Colorado was still under review in December 2025. This pool listings update also covers two featured pools and the totals for the full year, in which the site added 188 listings net of deletions.
Listing checks
In December we continued reviewing listings in the state of Colorado, where 32 listings are left to go. When Colorado is done, we plan to move on to Nebraska (63 listings), Kansas (73) and Oklahoma (60).
Pools of the Month
Our Pool of the Month for December 2025 is the McDonald Family YMCA in downtown Toronto, Canada. Its pool is a simple 25-meter tank, but the YMCA is notable for its unusual setting: it shares a building with a residential condominium. Read about the McDonald Family YMCA.
A second pool also drew our attention: the Parakiore Recreation and Sports Centre in Christchurch, New Zealand, which opened in December. Read about Parakiore.
